Heritage and Hope

This year, our “Heritage and Hope” mooncake collection honors Singapore’s rich Peranakan heritage, launched in celebration of the nation’s 60th birthday. Guided by our YR Bakers, inmate-bakers took bold steps to reimagine traditional mooncake flavours with a modern, Peranakan-inspired twist.

Our collection this year proudly presents four new creations by our inmate-bakers - Purple Potato & Yam with Macadamia, Red Date with Salted Egg, Putri Salat, and a returning favourite from last year's, Green Tea Rose with Blueberries!

In line with our commitment to sustainability, our collection is presented in beautifully designed, reusable Tingkat – inspired by an inmate-artist’s artwork. Made with low-sugar recipes, our mooncakes offer you a healthy way of celebrating this Mid-Autumn Festival with your loved ones.

Each mooncake is handcrafted with care by individuals on their journey of renewal. When you choose to gift or enjoy our mooncakes, you take an active step towards supporting their transformation and reintegration.
