is a business unit under Yellow Ribbon Industries, a subsidiary of Yellow Ribbon Singapore. We are a purpose-driven artisanal bakery that blends high-quality baking with meaningful rehabilitation.
Located within the Changi Prison Complex and certified Halal and HACCP, our bakery equips inmates with practical baking skills, builds their confidence, and enhances their employability. Through structured on-the-job training in a professional environment, inmates gain industry-recognised experience in bread and confectionery production — preparing them for reintegration and sustainable careers in the food services sector.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional baked goods while empowering second chances. A portion of our profits is channelled as dividends to Yellow Ribbon Singapore and as donations to community initiatives that support inmates’ families and children.
