ORDER

How do I place an order?

Choose your product(s) -> add to cart -> confirm the order -> self-collection only -> payment options-> finalise payment -> receive order confirmation.


How do I know whether my transaction is successful?

For successful transactions, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent to your email.


How much time in advance is needed to process my order?

Please allow 5 days to deliver your order.



Can I amend or cancel my order?

Amendments or cancellations are NOT allowed once payment has been made.


PAYMENT

Which payment mode is available on this e-store?

Payment can only be made via PayNow.


DELIVERY

What are your delivery dates?

Delivery commences from 15 September 2025 to 3 October 2025. Between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Delivery schedules are subject to change.


What are your delivery terms?

Enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of $150.00. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $20.00 shall be charged.


SELF-COLLECTION ONLY

No minimum spend required. Collect your order from 16 September 2025 to 19 September 2025 at Yellow Ribbon Industries, 27 Loyang Way, Level 2, Singapore 508728. Unless stated otherwise.
